The Girls Education and Empowerment Project "SOAR III" is an 18 months' initiative being implemented in Siraha district, Madhesh province of Nepal which aims to create an enabling environment for adolescent girls from marginalized communities to pursue their education and life aspirations through education opportunities and entrepreneurship development.
