Bezos Family Foundation supported SOAR (Strengthening Opportunities for Adolescent Resilience) is a 33 months' initiative which aims to Scale up CARE's UDAAN/SOAR model through revision and expansion of package that will be delivered through CARE-supported Accelerated Learning Program centers with particular focus on life skills and leadership development of girls, creating safe and secure environment at schools and creating space for government to adopt this package as well as to scale it up through local governments and other organizations working in the same field
