Amit is a seasoned communications professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in international development organizations like CARE Nepal, IUCN Nepal, WWF Nepal, ASI, DAI and national print media in Nepal. His expertise encompasses various aspects of communications, including developing and managing internal and external communication strategies, research and planning, media support, and corporate branding. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral aspects of his professional approach. He actively practices inclusive behaviors, valuing and respecting everyone regardless of personal characteristics or differences.

With his strong partnership and networking skills, he has worked with a diverse range of partners to establish and maintain key strategic collaborations. His ability to build rapport with people has led to successful press relations, resulting in coverage of stories in international, national and local media outlets.
