Care Nepal in coordination with its Humanitarian Partnership Platform provides relief support to flood affected families of Duhun of Darchula district in far-western Nepal. The relief was distributed to 32 affected families of flood affected Ward 2, Afare of Duhun Rural Municipality in coordination with HPP along with local partners NEEDS Nepal, CRDS Nepal and the Rural Municipality.
The relief materials included cooking utensils, buckets, tarpaulins, hygiene kits as well as necessary clothing items among other things. Ward Chair Govinda Singh Dadal and Rural Municipality Vice Chair Shanti Bam were present during the distribution program.
