OUR MISSION
CARE Nepal works to enable and ensure that people and communities can claim their agency, rights and resources to overcome exclusion, exploitation, poverty and vulnerability to achieve justice and to save lives.

A just, equitable and sustainable society, country and world where all people have hope, freedom and resources to live and thrive with dignity and security.
OUR FOCUS
We put women and girls in the center because we know that we cannot overcome poverty until all people have equal rights and opportunities.
IMPACT GROUPS
We cannot eradicate poverty and achieve social equality in Nepal while discrimination based on sex persists. By focusing on women and girls, CARE aims to help entire households and communities achieve development and inclusion. Thus, CARE will partner with and target its impact for economically and socially marginalized women and girls—with a specific focus on women and girls within:
- Level 1 Priority
• Women, Young/adolescent Girls (10-24) - Level 2 Priority
• Dalit, Ethnic and Indigenous minority people
